4 Liters 1xMMR (Marc's Modified Ringers)

23.10 g NaCl
1.28  g CaCl2(2H20
0.99  g MgCl2(2H20
0.60  g KCl
4.76  g Hepes
0.27  g EDTA

Add distilled water to 4 liters.  pH to 7.4
Autoclave for 40 minutes on the liquid cycle.

Dilute by a factor of ten to make 0.1xMMR
