To induce the frog to lay out you should inject her the night before
with 750 u hCG. If you are doing an extract and need an especially large yield, you can
pre-prime with 25-50 u PMSG four days before injecting with hCG. In the case of a
pre-primed frog, only use 500 u hCG to induce her to lay.
