Squeeze the eggs into a dry petri dish. Take a testis in a pair of
forceps and puncture so the sperm can escape. Slowly drag the testes through the dish
carefully touching each egg to ensure complete fertilization. Return the testis to its
vial and place on ice. Let the eggs sit for a minute and then cover completely with 0.1xMMR. You can tell if the eggs were properly fertilized if all
the eggs turn so that the animal pole is facing up.
